My thoughts on the University Of Florida Taser Incident

I am pretty upset with the way things are going in America. Everything just seems to get worse every day. I don’t care what your political beliefs are, if your pro-this, anti-that, you can’t deny that this nation is getting worse every day. Now, I’m not bashing my country. I just am disgusted of where it’s heading and what the people of the nation have become.

If you haven’t seen the video or heard about it, this dude from the University of Florida is at a John Kerry Q&A session says a few words and then asks John Kerry some questions about the election being rigged in 2004, about why he isn’t calling to impeach Bush now, and about Skull and Bones. Once he mentions Skull and Bones, which is a secret society at Yale that is apart of the Illuminati ; the police then take the guy away then the reality of the situation sits in and he is left screaming for help. While on the ground struggling to be freed, they taser him.
Videos (He drops an F-bomb while being arrested, FYI):

He obviously deserved to be tasered because he was resisting arrest, but the fact that he was being arrested in the first place is ridiculous. The officers said it was because he was “inciting a riot”. Their grounds for this arrest rely on the decision in the Supreme Court case of Brandenburg vs. Ohio in 1969 when Clarence Brandenbur, a KKK leader, was arrested at a rally which was televised because he called for revenge of “niggers” and Jews for suppressing the white race.

The court decided that the only limitation to the freedom of speech would be to create an “imminent lawless action”, such as a riot. That makes this arrest complete hogwash since he was not starting a riot. I say we stand up and riot over the actions of the officers Rodney King style so the officers get arrested for inciting a riot!

Seriously though, we really need to stand up and do something about this crap before we lose it all.
