George Bush's New Speech Strategy
We all know our president is far from the best speaker. He tends to mis-pronounce words, stutter, and say “ummm uhhh..”
To assist Bush, the new strategy is to have a celebrity to sit next to him during a speech to put into normal words what he is saying.
