Cingular Upgrades
I found out today that Cingular sends updates to your phone and you are supposed to turn it off at least twice per week, which is something I never do. Well, it seems they’ve recently upgraded their system and if you’ve been having strange problems with text messages and your voicemail, this could be it.
Call Cingular’s technical support at 1-800-331-0500 and get a live operator and tell them to “push” you upgrades “GOTR” and “CARD”.
They pushed it ,and when I turned off my phone, waited 30 seconds, and turned it back on I had full bars when I only had 2 before.
